To learn more about your benefits you should call your insurance provider and ask the following questions:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"fav\">\n<li>Do I have in-network or out-of-network acupuncture benefits?<\/li>\n<li>How many visits per year do I have?<\/li>\n<li>Do I need to meet my deductible first before my treatments are covered? If so, how much is my deductible?<\/li>\n<li>What is my co-pay or co-insurance?<\/li>\n<li>Do I need a preauthorization (not a referral, you don\u2019t need a referral for acupuncture)?<\/li>\n<li>When does my health insurance plan restart?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I am in-network with the following insurance providers:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"fav\">\n<li>Regence<\/li>\n<li>Premera<\/li>\n<li>Lifewise<\/li>\n<li>Aetna<\/li>\n<li>United<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are out-of-network, many plans have good out-of-network benefits that you can use.
